一、预约阶段 | Booking Stage
客户通过官网、APP、邮件或客服电话联系颖尚租车,说明接待时间、地点、人数、行程需求及特殊要求(如欢迎牌、饮品、车内设备)。
客服确认车型、价格、路线及服务人员安排(专职司导/礼仪接待员)。
客户支付定金或全额费用(依套餐政策),获取订单编号与专属客户经理联系方式。
客服发送确认函(含司机/接待员信息、车牌号、预计到达时间及行程细节)。
Client contacts Yingshang via website, app, email, or hotline, providing reception time, locations, number of guests, itinerary needs, and special requests (e.g., welcome sign, refreshments, in-car equipment).
Service team confirms vehicle type, pricing, route, and staff assignment (dedicated driver / reception attendant).
Client pays deposit or full amount (per package policy) and receives order number & account manager’s contact.
Confirmation letter sent with driver/attendant info, license plate, ETA, and itinerary details.
二、接待前准备 | Pre-Reception Preparation
司机/接待员提前检查车辆(清洁、油量、空调、Wi-Fi、矿泉水等)。
根据客户需求布置欢迎牌、鲜花或企业标识。
预先熟悉行程路线与时间节点,规划备用路线应对交通变化。
与客户或主办方再次确认当天流程与特殊安排。

四、行程执行与应变 | Itinerary Execution & Contingency
按预定时间与路线行驶,确保准时抵达各站点。
如遇交通堵塞或突发事件,立即启用备用路线并通知客户。
在会议/活动间隙提供短暂休息或转场服务。
