一、 预订与咨询流程 | Booking & Inquiry Process
1. 联系预订 | Contact to Book
您可通过拨打24小时服务热线 133-7002-5039，或添加我们的微信/企业微信/QQ进行咨询与预订。
You can make inquiries and bookings by calling our 24-hour hotline 133-7002-5039, or by adding our WeChat/Work WeChat/QQ.
2. 提交信息 | Submit Information
首次预订需提供：承租人姓名、有效身份证号、驾驶证信息、常用联系方式及邮箱。
For first-time booking: Please provide the renter's name, valid ID number, driver's license information, contact number, and email address.
预订时请告知：所需车型、计划提车时间与地点、预计用车天数。
When booking, please specify: Desired vehicle model, scheduled pick-up time and location, and estimated rental days.
3. 订单确认 | Order Confirmation
客服人员将根据您的需求确认车辆可用性、价格，并发送订单确认信息。
Our customer service will confirm vehicle availability and price based on your request, and send an order confirmation.
二、 提车所需证件与流程 | Required Documents & Pick-up Process
1. 必需证件（原件）| Required Documents (Originals)
(1) 承租人中华人民共和国居民身份证
Renter's valid Chinese Mainland Resident Identity Card.
(2) 承租人中华人民共和国机动车驾驶证
Renter's valid Chinese Mainland Motor Vehicle Driver's License.
要求：驾龄须满二年及以上。
Requirement: Must have held the license for 2 years or more.
2. 现场办理手续 | On-site Procedure
(1) 证件核验：出示上述两证原件供工作人员核验。
Document Verification: Present the two original documents for verification by our staff.
(2) 签订合同：仔细阅读并签署《汽车租赁合同》。
Sign Contract: Read and sign the "Vehicle Rental Agreement" carefully.
(3) 支付费用：根据所选车型，支付相应的车辆租金及租车押金（含交通违章保证金）。
Make Payment: Pay the corresponding vehicle rental fee and rental deposit (including traffic violation security deposit) based on the chosen vehicle model.
(4) 共同验车：在工作人员陪同下，共同检查车辆。确认车身外观（划痕、凹陷）、内饰、仪表盘、灯光及随车配件（备胎、工具、行驶证）是否齐全完好，并签署《车辆交接单》。
Joint Inspection: Inspect the vehicle with our staff. Confirm the exterior (scratches, dents), interior, dashboard, lights, and accessories (spare tire, tools, vehicle license) are complete and in good condition, and sign the "Vehicle Condition Form".
三、 还车与费用结算流程 | Return & Settlement Process
1. 按时还车 | Return on Time
请于合同到期时，将车辆加满油（按取车时油量标准）后，驶回指定还车地点。
Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel (to the same level as at pick-up) to the designated return location by the contract expiry time.
2. 还车验车 | Return Inspection
与工作人员共同进行还车验车，核对《车辆交接单》，确认车辆归还状况。
Conduct a joint return inspection with our staff, check against the "Vehicle Condition Form", and confirm the vehicle's return condition.
3. 费用结算 | Final Settlement
(1) 租金结算：根据实际用车时间结算租金，并支付产生的油费差额、超时费、超里程费等（如有）。
Rental Settlement: Settle the rental fee based on actual usage, and pay any fuel difference, overtime fee, excess mileage fee, etc. (if applicable).
(2) 押金退还：
Deposit Refund:
车辆押金：验车无误后，现场部分（扣除违章保证金后）立即退还或解冻。
Vehicle Deposit: The on-site portion (after deducting the violation deposit) is refunded or released immediately upon successful inspection.
交通违章押金：自还车之日起30天后，经查询确认无未处理交通违章，此部分押金将全额原路退还。
Traffic Violation Deposit: 30 days after the return date, provided no outstanding traffic violations are found, this portion of the deposit will be fully refunded via the original payment method.
四、 重要费用说明与保险告知 | Important Notes on Fees & Insurance
1. 费用说明 | Fee Clarification
报价包含：车辆租赁费、基本保险费（详见下方）。
Quotation Includes: Vehicle rental fee and basic insurance (see below for details).
报价不含：油费、路桥费、停车费、违章罚款、超时/超里程费及因承租人操作不当导致的车辆维修费。
Quotation Excludes: Fuel, tolls, parking fees, traffic fines, overtime/excess mileage fees, and vehicle repair costs due to improper operation by the renter.
发票开具：如需开具发票，需额外支付发票金额10%的税费。
Invoice Issuance: An additional 10% tax on the invoice amount is required for invoice issuance.
